Return / Exchange Policy


Total Activation guarantees your complete satisfaction with all products purchased from our online store. To make sure all our customers are completely satisfied, we have a simple process for returning products, requesting refunds and exchanging products when purchased from our online store.

Only customers who purchase products from the www.totalactivation.com online store, or by phone at 1-800-599-7276 are completely protected by our 1-Year Money Back Guarantee and our 1-Year Exchange Guarantee as long as they do not use a discount coupon/code or any promotion. If you have used a discount coupon/code or any promotion, you are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Also, this Guarantee does not apply to products purchased through channels other than www.totalactivation.com or other than the toll-free number listed above. Limit one return/refund/exchange per household. If you have placed multiple orders, you are eligible for a return of your most recent order only.

All you have to do is to return your product within 1 year of your billing date for a full refund of the product price. You cover the cost of return shipping and you must provide us with tracking information for your return package.

RETURN AND / OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURE - OUR SIMPLE 2 STEP PROCESS


STEP 1

Please email our customer support center 24 hours a day at support[at]totalactivation.com, or call us at 1-800-599-7276 Monday through Friday from 9 am to 9 pm EST. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) or an Exchange Merchandise Number (EMA #) and the Return Address.

STEP 2

Return the empty and unused portion of your product, a printed copy of the original invoice and your RMA # or EMA # to ensure proper handling. Use a tracking service like USPS priority mail or UPS ground. Email support[at]totalactivation.com with the tracking information of your return package. If you use a service without tracking, you will not get a refund because we are unable to verify the return of the package.

As an alternative to the simple return and refund process, Total Activation gives customers the opportunity to exchange your returned item for another Total Activation product of equal or lesser value if they so choose. Please discuss this option with a member of the Total Activation team before you mail back the product to us.

Limit one return/refund/exchange per household

We also offer a 1-year exchange program where you can return a product and request that we send you another Total Activation product of equal or lesser value with free shipping. In the event that you exchange the product, all exchanges are final.

Please note that you will have to pay for, and arrange return postage in the event of either refund or exchange. Using delivery confirmation for tracking purposes is not optional, it is required if you want a refund.

To qualify for the refund or exchange, please make sure that returns are received in our offices within 1 year from the billing date. All charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable up to 1 year from the billing date.

All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 72 hours of receiving the package. Please allow up to 5 days for your bank to process the refund and 7 days for delivery of checks.
